-Severely understaffed. Supporting a short on call roster and still expected to work and be available even on weekends you're not on call. -There was no formal training but severe repercussions for mistakes. -PTO policy leaves room to be desired. -HR is not in the business of maintaining discretion for complaints/grievances. -The idea of a promotion was not even entertainable for at least 5+ years.
