      Pros

      They pay insurance and get quarterly profit sharing. The money is to bad and hours are good as well. Not a hard job tho.

      Cons

      Where to start, management will always have their favorite employees no matter how lazy they are. Lots of unbalanced work some do more and some do nothing.
