They company has set standards which makes it very structured in its working. Colleagues are disciplined with integrity. They are committed to make it a great place to work which in turn motivates the employees to work with equal commitment to achieve the company's goals.
Cons
Cannot think much of a downside actually. I unfortunately had to leave for personal reasons or would have continued there.
