Culture of mistrust - Αnalyst Kemper Employee Review

The problem lies in the way the company operates with its "act like an owner" approach. People here do not trust each other. People spend much time checking-in on others, negotiating contracts, seeking excessive updates and making "side deals" with vendors, it's hard to imagine how any work gets done. There is no trust amongst management below VP level. Morale is always low. No women or minorities above VP level.
