Pros

Immediate supervisors are really good.

Cons

They are just like all other large insurance companies. The do not care about their employees. They recently told all remote workers, they will have to pay for their own internet in order to connect to the company computer. Seems they want you to work out of your house to save them having to rent office space, and are now refusing to pay for internet to connect to the company.

High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
