Pros
trained well in the phoenix office before covid. my manager was positive and communicated well on what needed improvement and was reasonable and didnt talk down to me.
Cons
after covid, each state trained their fnol intake processes differently. The notes were a nightmare to read bc everybody wrote however they wanted and understanding it was horrible. Sometimes the fnol left everything blank.
