Pros
I have been with Kemper over 10 years and feel very fortunate to have my career here. We have great people and a great environment. Hard work is expected but so is maintaining work life balance. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you are willing to put in the work.
Cons
For myself none come to mind. Some people do not like being managed to metrics and goals. However those are frequently the same people that do not focus or use their work time appropriately.
