Pros

Direct managers are all very awesome and always have your back

Cons

The customer base is garbage as we sell to criminals and people with terrible driving records. They cause an accident, then dissapear off the face if the earth so you can't work their claim. Then the other party calls you every day yelling at you for action when your hands are tied. And then the executives are putting pressure on us to perform exceptionally when the work load increases.
