Pros
Employees take ownership and work hard, but will also help you if you ask. There are a lot of smart people with good ideas, and managers that will listen. I have a great team of co-workers and great managers. We get a lot done and are ready for more.
Cons
Fast paced company. Not super large, but not small. Opportunity to grow but there is competition so you have to figure out what you want to do and be ready.

Cons
High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
