Good colleagues, international company, possibility to travel, be prepared to work hard but don t expect any recognition.
Cons
No recognition, no training provided or possibility to progress, too many changes and challenges at the same time, high pressure, uncertainty (don't think because you work hard you will not be made redundant if the company decides to save money) You are not an asset but just a number.
