Pros

It takes 45 minutes from station just one way

Cons

Management takes no responsibility of the monthly salaries and company expenses. Quick Hire and Fire policies are implemented. Past Employees are still following up their F&F settlement for one year now. Products created by them are also poor in user experience, clients complaining about bugs everyday. Stay away from this company

Kemar Automation Response
2y
We’ve noticed some negative remarks about our company. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, such comments often come from individuals who were not performing up to our standards and were asked to leave. Every organization encounters non-performance and nonsense, and we are no exception. We remain committed to maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our entire team.

Pros

1. You'll have a lot of opportunities to really stand out, it's an open culture. Everyone in the office is approachable regardless of designation. 2. The culture is familial. Your work is more than likely going to be cross functional, and there's no limit to what you could do given you put in the effort and demonstrate curiosity. 3. High morality; ethical senior management, cares about employee's well being. Even though it's a young company and the resources can be a constrain compared to MNC's or large cap companies, employees are looked after. 4. Learning opportunities in a company that's on an upward trajectory, completely bootstrapped is tremendous. I personally learnt most of what I know about businesses through Kemar.

Cons

1. The familial culture does enable some people to get carried away and abuse trust, this is rare but has happened. 2. Startup culture is very prevalent, so it's either up or out. Consistent, good performance is the baseline, not the goal.
