Pros

Please see cons below. It's difficult to focus on any pros of this company given my experience.

Cons

After five interviews and two personality tests, including a meeting with the CEO, I left a job I loved and relocated cities for the opportunity to further my career with this company. I never imagined what would happen next. When I was finally hired, I was given little training. Rather than see this as a negative, I decided to do everything I could to make the best of it and pick up the job as quickly as I could. I was repeatedly told I was doing a great job including a formal performance review where I was praised for picking things up well despite the obstacle of limited training time. At this point, I had no indication of any underlying issues. It came as quite the shock when I was suddenly brought into an office and told I was being terminated after only two weeks. The reason given was "it wasn't a good fit for you or us". I asked for some explanation so I could at the very least understand and learn from what had happened, but they refused. I would understand if I couldn't keep up with the job, or had said anything to offend someone. Sadly, I'll never know. Despite being qualified for the job assigned and passing a strenuous interview process, Kelsan did not respect me enough to offer any explanation. What they did offer was a severance package contingent upon signing an NDA. I am forgoing this payment in order to share my experience with potential future applicants. One has to wonder if they use this tactic frequently to silence criticism. I find the lack of other negative reviews interesting. Perhaps it's possible I'm the only one? Their culture is mentioned over and over again, rather ironic given how they treat others.
