      Pros

      It is privately owned - I like working for a locally/family owned business. One that promotes a healthy balance between work - life and private - life. The travel - hospitality industry is a 'positive' career force in the community and in education - this company enforces that lifestyle - the compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      initial training is sometimes slow

      Training is definitely something that we are planning to improve on. With all of the new technology and procedures, it is crucial that all staff are full knowledgeable on how to navigate smoothly through the season, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your employment experience.       Great Staff: Everyone treats each other like family. Everyone is treated fairly. All of our staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled" or "The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to each other and our customers. All employees and management uphold a high level of professionalism. We as a company strive for greatness in everything we do. The quality of service we offer is consistently outstanding, exceeding all expectations of everyone, customers and employees. As an employee I highly recommend Kelly Tours as a wonderful place to work at, and also to travel with.

      I have nothing bad to say about this company. This is a great company to work for.
