Pros
The only thing positive my team lead could say about the position is that it is better than unemployment.
Cons
2 years ago, this was the best place I ever worked at. Apple's support software and Kelly's absolute inability to retain anyone because of said software has made the job basically impossible. They set the bar just a little too high for everyone so everyone is constantly eligible to be let go for just about anything. Can you imagine trying to troubleshoot 3+ things at the same time for hours? Can you imagine knowing everyone is complaining about this exact issue only to be asked "Why do you think you cant meet the same metrics meant for helping a maximum of 2 people at a time?" every week during coaching? No one knows what is going on. I've been told a different thing by each team lead that I've gotten then had to be corrected by the next one. They cheat you out of your overtime. They've been slowly gutting the benefits over the last 2 years. They burn you out for a year and tell you that you're getting a "substantial raise", but it's pretty much the same thing you got the year before for half the work/stress. This job used to be awesome, so I stuck with it for the last year and a half hoping someone would come to their senses but now regret not jumping ship long ago. Do not waste your time applying, you will know day 1 on the floor that you wont like working there.
