      Pros

      I've been here for almost four years and can attest to the fact that they are extremely biased. If you stand up and say anything, you will be fired right away. Here, there are a lot of cliques and unethical practices.

      Cons

      Recruiters are incredibly unjust. Even if a person is competent for a position, they are denied for no apparent reason. They prefer to promote an inexperienced applicant's application simply because they know them personally. I intend to leave this company in the near future. I am honestly disgusted by some of the things that I’ve witnessed and will not speak about. I'm hoping things improve.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
