Pros
The salary was on par with what I had received at my last position. My hiring was done solely online, so all "paperwork" was done from the comfort of my own home, I never met my recruiter, never had to step foot in the office location.
Cons
Getting paid was the most difficult process I have ever encountered at any job anywhere. Was supposed to be paid every Friday. I signed up for Direct Deposit, which for whatever reason, didn't go through, & after 3 weeks, I contacted my representative, who said she had to mail me blank checks (???) & I would have to fill them out after calling their customer service dept at payroll. 1/2 an hour on the phone w/ a guy who for whatever reason had difficulty focusing on the conversation he was having with me so I had to repeat everything 2-3 times, I had to get numbers to put on these checks, which could only be cashed at specific locations, none of which were convenient. The customer service rep with payroll told me I should have been issued a "money network card," which surprised me, because when I filled out all my "paperwork," I had input information to receive Direct Deposit. Then the next week, there was no evidence in their "Electronic Documents" system that I was getting paid at all & a check arrived by snail-mail.
