Pros

The company for the most part has nice people. They call you when you dont have your time sheet. They help you for issues that are not their fault. If you have an issue that looks like it was on them to handle...you might not get a call back.

Cons

The company does not communicate with employees when they have issues. At least this is my experience. I had a problem that I went to management about months ago. After repeated emails. She failed to call me back. It is regards to what was promised me as rate of pay and what I actually received. Not happy with this company. Also, they messed up my payroll and sat on my direct deposit request so it took months before I was able to receive direct deposit...which meant I had to drive up to the office on a weekly basis and try to beat the bank to cash or deposit my check.

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
