- work life balance - competitive salary

Cons

- departments act completely disconnected from each other, particularly the Marketing one, which generates unnecessary conflicts and tensions between teams - no opportunities to stretch yourself in your daily job, and even in a medium seniority title, a lot of work is just focused purely on the execution part, and there is no room to stretch your business acumen or strategy - you have no voice or decision-making power at all; whatever the higher Leadership says, goes. It's a highly political place, and quite often it's a game of pleasing others - in Marketing meetings, you're pushed to not share bold opinions or lay any argumentation that goes against the one from higher management
