Pros

When you are a part of a growing org, there are of course growing pains; however the direction this company is going is onwards and upwards. Those who put their head down, become masters of their craft, are disciplined and resilient, and take the initiative to reach out to others to learn, are the ones who are the most successful. This is a company built on transparency: individual goals, team goals, expectation of leadership, communication with our executive team, and more. Nothing is ever hidden from anyone and title does not matter here. We have a Culture of winning and collaboration. It is very rare to be able to have your Co-Founders on the ground in the day to day sales processes. They make the time to speak to our customers and prospects consistently, they hear what our customers may be looking for that we don’t currently support, and actually put their requests into actions with product/features releases. All in all, if you work here, you will level up in your professional career and your personal life as many of lessons being taught are transferable.

Cons

Perspective is everything, the pros outweigh the cons as there are not many cons… none even big enough that are worth mentioning. This industry is challenging, especially when you are breaking into new segments of the market, however we have the full support from top down to help us every step of the way

Pros

Salary seems really great until you start and realize there are absolutely no other benefits. They pressure you to sign the offer in less than a business day so that you don’t have time to read through the lack of benefits. They think that simply giving health insurance is a “huge benefit”.. as you can see by how they reply to existing reviews criticizing their lack of employee care. There is no 401k match, no expense portals for travel, no home office stipend (or any stipend at that), no paid holidays first the half of the year, no paternity leave, no maternity leave.. I could go on and on. This company was founded in 2011 and there’s no excuse to be this behind the curve, especially as a software company.

Cons

- Morale is extremely low. The CEO creates and fosters culture of fear and intimidation. There are no actual co workers, everyone works in silos and is terrified to be let go for no reason at all so it is a very solitary role, even if you work on a ‘team’. The leadership team is full of people who have no idea what they’re doing. Anyone they hire with any grain of real experience knows better and leaves this place ASAP. Everyone I know is actively looking to leave this place or they have 2 jobs or they are coasting for the paycheck.
