      Lots of data but not aligned well enough to streamline sales, inconsistent budget planning, and too many team silos that get in the way

      Right on! I agree, Deb is awesome. We recently hosted a group of "Thrivers" from one of our non-profit partners - Salt & Light Coalition - and our President & CEO took time to visit with them.
