Management is the worst of any company I've ever worked at. Horrible hours. No raises after three years. Internal promotions are non-existent unless you are a minority. CEO is nickel and diming employees and customers to make as much money as possible and will not return any of that to the employees and is driving away customers and vendors. Everyone working there HATES the company and is only works there because there is nothing else around- until Amazon opens in Jax.... then this warehouse and company will be out of business.
