Pros
Really nice offices and support staff
Cons
No one has the time or ability to train associates, and it seems like they don’t think they should have to. The senior associates are unfriendly and insecure. They’re cycling through equity partners and can’t get anyone to stick. Every other year right before the holidays they fire/layoff anyone who isn’t pacing at 2000 hours even when there is little to no work to be had. There have also been rumblings about management ignoring reported instances of sexual harassment of junior associates and summer associates and essentially telling women they just need to get over it.
