Pros

I had been working from home/hybrid for 4 years before joining Kaseya. I was worried what impact going back to an in-person role would have on my family. I'm glad to say it's been a positive experience through and through. Kaseya values work/life balance and wastes none of our precious time. I'm able to get my work done and go home without having to think about work. All meetings are an effective use of time, or they are canceled. My coworkers are intelligent and friendly people, the best workplace culture I have ever experienced, and I've worked everywhere from churches to high-profile advertising agencies. The compensation is fair to generous, especially the fully covered health insurance AND the HSA account. I may have rose-tinted glasses having only been here three months, and my experience may differ from others due to having the absolute best manager in the world, but I can say with certainty the universally upbeat culture and commitment to excellence have rubbed off on me since I became a Kaseyan.

Cons

As someone who lives on the other side of town, I wish there were a little more flexibility to work from home as needed. Although there is a form to work-from-home with a dropdown of acceptable reasons, you can feel pressured to not use it unless you really have no other option. This expectation is also mainly driven by the sales team. Kaseya is a strongly sales-oriented culture. This is the first time I have had sales strategy inform my marketing strategy. That is a bit of a con, because priority is put on the bottom of the funnel and if you spend too much time driving people there, you won't hit your goals. It has changed how I look at marketing.

Pros

It is a job, yup

Cons

-Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
