      Pros

      The direct management was a pleasure to work with. They allowed for flexibility in your day as long as you met the needs of the company. Bottom line, as long as your work was done accurate and efficiently there was no need for micro managing.

      Cons

      The promotions felt a bit slow to take place even when it was obvious that the person earned it. and the pay increase could've been a bit more.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
