I love that the founder and leadership team genuinely care about us and actively help drive the company’s growth. Rapid growth comes with challenges and a greater need for process.

- The product challenges the status quo in the anti-bot market and is fun to learn and see in action. - Compensation in the US is better than other startups. - If you're lucky you'll run into some really smart people that you will have fun solving problems with. - Sam, their CEO, is a total legend. If you get to work directly with him, that's ideal.

- Toxic leadership and management. The power struggle was evident during my time at Kasada. - Overampliciation of loud voices. They'll often promote and praise those who have the most visibility in ther roles, and sideline those who don't. - Toxic teammates that are looking to sabotage you through peer reviews (yes there are no KPIs, you are judged subjectively). - Lack of AI readiness. The leadership team is laughably bad at adapting, or even accepting opinions from others about AI. - Benefits simply do not compare to other startups of similar size and success.
