Pros
Shayna Quinn is largely wonderful along with a few bright spots that run operations. HR is doing their best. The job largely pays most roles well. Chauffeur training is improving.
Cons
Expanding into new markets with a team that can't support the speed of growth. The Florida expansion isn't getting the assistance they need & they fired a general manager that was the major cohesive tissue tying Vegas & a recent Florida acquisition. No one updates the smartsheet acquisition plan until the daily meeting starts & they don't give heads up that they have any blockers. Empty deadlines & promises are made, moved the goal post on the acquisition deal more times than I can count. There are elements of bigotry in certain cases when consultants are brought in & a locker room environment that sent a learning & development lead packing.
