Cons
The agency is terrified to take risks. They were founded in the mid-'90s, and it's still their point of reference. Most campaigns are tagline-driven, making them intrinsically incapable of living long-term. There is an almost apartheid-like division between the broadcast/print and digital departments. Agency is 100% Account-driven. To the point of an infestation. As a result, creative ideas fly only as high as the senior-most Account director's capacity for imagination will allow.
