Really great people to work with; Out of all the construction companies I have worked for, the HR at this company actually cares about the employees and the company and works extremely hard to keep everyone happy; The main owner is really great to work for Pay could be better, but overtime is good for the crews

Pay varies a lot, maybe on experience, but people all talk about pay. Have to go through "chain of command", but you only get answers from certain people. Hours are not set (but that is all construction)

Pretty much all of the employees get along well because they're all united against management.

I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone. The owners have zero respect for employees and their time. You'll never get home before 6pm. They micro-manage and belittle the heck out of you constantly. There is no room for advancement. If you quit, they try to sue you! If you value your time, mental health, and career growth, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress. If you have no other choices then working here, do NOT sign their BS contract.
