Pros

Working with clients, Team Leaders were trying their best to help the support workers.

Cons

On call never answered, training basic and not appropriate for high risk clients. Management does not listen to workers on the ground. Multiple emails phone calls and management say they will change or fix your roster. Then rostering does not follow through.

Pros

The hybrid working conditions here are a major selling point and a huge factor in job satisfaction. Being based in Melbourne, Victoria, the access to the office by public transport is extremely convenient, but the real benefit is the focus on work-life balance. The Monthly RDO policy is incredible, it genuinely allows me to spend 12 extra full days with my family every year, which is a rare and fantastic benefit for any company in Australia.

Cons

The company could focus on more efficient internal processes. Sometimes, communication across departments can be a little slow when working remotely, given the national size and footprint of the company.

I would not recommend this workplace. I was placed under pressure by management t carry out an instruction that I later discovered was not legally permitted. When I raised concerns, there was no support provided. Staff well being is not a priority and communication from management was misleading. Overall, the environment felt unsafe and untrustworthy
