I love the autonomy I am given in my role and providing leadership to my team - supporting and mentoring them brings me joy! Also, the flow on of the work we do in TA helping our clients and young people.

Nothing big comes to mind - our service delivery teams are the ones doing the work which has the biggest impact so I like providing them with the best support I can.
