Kalinga univ not for good and serious people - Professor Kalinga University Employee Review

kalinga university according to what i have seen in all these years as i hv worked there is too much internal politics and conspiracy from teaching and non teaching staff to higher management and registrar. it is very difficult for ppl like me who are serious and want to put efforts in their work to stay here, too much harassment you cn not do ur regular work also so i left. Also one thing i noticed after the employee has left the institute they keep following their ex employees what they they are doing, whre they are working, always keeping eye and all these things which is bothersome and not good ethics by this university. now i am working in a very nice institute and good ppl here.
