Great ownership and managers. Was a pleasure to work with. Work demands are high 10 months of the year for this position. Independence in the position. No micromanagement.

The area of responsibility was too large for one position. The expectations were very high for success despite large amount of road time between locations. Did not allow for effective training or execution of company objectives. Hours exceeded 70+ often in season.
