Lack of leadership especially in upper management, poor financial decisions leading to all vendors experiencing extreme delays in payments. Some vendors/and or dealers, have shut off their services due to extended periods of non-payment as well as employees for kaizen experiencing pay issues continuously. Shops are not being supported from upper management and any issues that arise will further develop due to lack of financial support/ poor communication/ upper management not reading emails. GM’s throughout company are stretched thin and new employees are far and few between due to low pay. A word of advice, walk away before you get burned by this dumpster fire.
