Pros
Some perks like a basic health care, optical, dental plan, some field employees are exceptional people that work very hard and are easy to work with. Some workers get use of company vehicles as a perk.
Cons
Zero accountability for bad decisions made by individuals in key management positions. No safety culture and lack of enforcement of safety rules and procedures. Lack of planning, always last minute reaction to all required procedures that are required to be in place before work starts. Takes on new types of work without having the workers properly trained or certified to complete the work. Leaves inexperienced people to run huge projects and wonders why there are huge cost over runs.
