      Co workers are great Clean office

      Cons

      Pay is subpar for what they expect No work/life balance PTO is awful NO work from home or hybrid at all Culture is not good, morale in the office is even worse. Management does not care about you drowning or being overworked. It’s all about a dollar!

      I learn something new every day. My teammates are amazing.

      Cons

      There is no flexibility and/or work/life balance. This company has a revolving door of people for this reason. Training is absolute chaos. Several trainers are amazing and are simply working with what they are given. I’ve seen upper management laugh when suggestions for improvements were provided. If anyone reads this review and your first instinct is to find out which employee is writing this, you are missing the point of all of these reviews.
