Pros
-Lots of hours available -Gain lots of experience
Cons
-this place is like the McDonald’s of the Pilates world -micromanaged -texts and calls on your days off -unpaid meetings multiple times a week -using outdated cueing methods -spreading misinformation about anatomy -training is not factual and not up with the most current science or most current methods -make you pay $1000 for there “training”, promised me they would be it back in instalments over a theee month period but then completely gaslighted me and wouldn’t pay it back. -not inclusive -no room for individuality at all, you must fit into a box -had to buy my own uniform for the first few months as they apparently didn’t have a uniform for me yet. -made many promises to get me on board then didn’t follow through once I had the job -some studios don’t have parking available so you have to pay for parking or get a fine -they will make you work when you are sick, I was made to work when I had laryngitis and actually lost my voice, this was during covid times too! -they make you cue breath -they make you cue neutral spine
