      Pros

      Share holders benefits greatly from profits made from the company which suppose to be independent from the council. As over £7.000.000.000 was paid out in dividends to it's share holder, mainly ex and current hull city councillors

      Cons

      Not aware of how severe PTSD effects it has on peoples ability to remember time frames etc and mental health
