      They provide opportunity to learn. Some of the top management people are really great. Great environment to work.

      Cons

      One people in top management is really worst and he really don't care of his employees. He just want leads and leads no matter what's the clients expectations and all. Very less increment.

      All the things are Worst in this company except some colleagues

      I have spent a years of my life for this poor company "KVR webtech". Now i can say this is one of the worst companies , I have ever seen. Very Poor management no humanity no professionalism. one of the worst is that KVR Webtech can layoff you at any time without any notice. They laid off more 10 employees before Deepawali 2023. They ruined their biggest festival. All the policies are against employees. You can't expect any support from them.
