      Pros

      Right out of the gate we jumped right into an amazing job that I never thought I would be doing in a million years. But there I was doing it, with several more set up set up throughout the summer.

      Cons

      I haven't had any cons aside from COVID-19 causing all of the clients to back out and we essentially lost all of our work.

      Pros

      Upper management was very engaged and always made me feel heard. As a manager I was given a lot of agency to make decisions and judgement calls. I felt very supported during challenging situations or when I made mistakes. Relative to the many AV companies before KVL that I have been an employee of or freelancer for, the company culture here was great.

      Cons

      Usual trade cons, including long hours, early call times, demanding clients, etc.
