We value your feedback and seek to make KVC Kentucky a positive work environment for all of our employees. “Making KVC A Great Place to Work” has been a key focus of our Kentucky leadership team and agency wide. KVC values the feedback of our employees and has several avenues for employees to provide their thoughts, ideas and suggestions. KVC Kentucky employees have 24/7 access to supervisors, directors and executive leaders for support. Additionally, employees are encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas regularly in supervision, weekly or bi-weekly team meetings, stay interviews, annual reviews/performance evaluations, and through opportunities for regular interaction with KVC Kentucky’s executive leadership team such as quarterly Food for Feedbacks with each team. Additionally, KVC has worked with Gallup to implement an opportunity for each team to provide feedback through the nationally known Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement survey, administered biannually, followed by monthly “state of the team” meetings and employee engagement opportunities.
Our leadership team works with employees to create an environment that encourages open and honest dialogue where employees can feel safe to express their thoughts, ideas, opinions and concerns. Many changes within the organization have been the direct result of suggestions made by employees through one or more of the mechanizms described above. We are hopeful that having a highly supportive leadership team and a work environment that promotes employee engagement, KVC will continue to be a great place to work.
