Pros

I'd give 2 stars, but I believe KUDO is trying to improve in many ways (culture, processes, areas of focus), so 3 stars feels more appropriate. - Flexible work environment. Managers and co-workers are supportive of your life and working situation. If you need to adjust your hours from time to time, it's never an issue if you are getting your work done. - Most people want to do a good job and work hard. It feels like you can count on your co-workers to support you and the projects you work on together. - Mostly friendly and supportive people, at all levels. - Opportunity to work with people from all over, who speak many languages. - Interesting industry

Cons

- Hard to know what you should focus on. Switching priorities, unclear vision. There is a general idea of what KUDO wants to accomplish, but it isn't broken down where the people doing the work can get started on it. - Benefits should be improved. For an international tech company, the PTO and leave policies are not close to being competitive. Pro: There is flexibility in where you live and work, so you can travel anywhere while working. - Larger group discussions and meetings are not efficient and cause delays in decisions. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Everything needs to be perfect before it is offered to clients (this seems to be improving though). - Too many meetings for a dispersed company - Start-up culture. Read up on what it's like to work at a start-up before you apply or accept. - As much as KUDO respects and encourages people to take care of themselves, too many employees at KUDO don't follow this. Frequently taking meetings after their working hours; saying yes to too many commitments; sacrificing days off for projects and deadlines. Advice for co-workers: Be more mindful of people's calendars and work hours. No one should have to forfeit plans they made, or feel that they have to. Make it more explicit when things are optional to attend, be inclusive by always recording meetings, or opt for meeting hours where schedules overlap. Advice for everyone: This is a company and a job, with wonderful people. They will understand if you tell them you can't work that late or that attending a meeting that early will be a one time thing. Respect yourself and your time.

Pros

KUDO offers a supportive working environment with people who are friendly and deeply care about KUDO's mission. Leadership has trust in the employees and allows them to be creative in doing their jobs. There is a lot of internal promotions which show the value the leadership team has in their people.

Cons

KUDO is a company that is growing fast. In some areas of the business, there are processes that are still being developed. This can cause some bottlenecks or miscommunication but it's something every scaling start-up deals with. The good thing is, the teams within KUDO are quick to address and adjust as needed.

Pros

KUDO is a great place to work. Let me give you some examples: KUDO is truely a Global company, yet very collaborative. It seems you can just walk over and chat. Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. KUDO is VERY innovative. The best product on the market, yet always thinking of new way to enhance and grow the product. KUDO excels in all areas that affect a person's happiness. Work/life balance is prioritized here. Encourages personal well-being/care. Coffee time to meet other teammates and have a chat to get to know each other. Fun online groups to join in, yoga, music, cooking, etc. I can go on and on. Essentially, I am enjoying my challenging work, and that where its at. KUDO has a Solid mission and drives it forward. Very fast paced. Good benefits and perks. Fun coworkers, who are all very passionate about the work being done. Come join us.

Cons
