Pros
Reasonable wages there is overtime it is required to work at least one day OT when there is a lot of work or you get written up but it's OT who doesn't want extra money? They supply all the tools you need for the job. Safety is the most important thing expressed to all the employees
Cons
Very hard to get a raise or advancement in position bc of the way management is set up. It is a hierarchy set up to only allow friends and family to get the best and highest positions in the company and it is structured like this all the way down to the lowest foreman on the night crew. This you could say is with most big company's which is probably true but in your orientation to be hired on with the company (and this is what upsets me) they glorify the vast opportunities for advancement in the company and as long as you work hard and have a good attendance record you can move up (not true) only close friends and family can move up in the company.
