Most of your coworkers are great to work with. Since they all work in the same misery as you do, it's easy to relate to them.

Doctors!!! They all have their own agenda that you have to work on regardless what you're already working on. Management will flat out lie to you to get you to go to work for them. Raises are minimum to say the least. Bonuses? What bonuses? Actually they do give a holiday bonus at the end of the year, but it's pretty minimal. They monitor your computer work and take screen shots that they keep on a server.
