Pros
There use to be good Christmas parties, fashion style nights, great management etc.
Cons
No more Christmas party (only for head office - not retail), no more fashion style nights, culture diminished, management is run by young people who don't know how to show empathy, forced to wear heels and shunned if wearing flats, even when doing stock, not inclusive etc.
