Pros

I was a Brand Ambassador fot the brand I learned so much about customer service, design and people. I was taught every day how to give my best and want more for me as a professional. The company's leadership put people first and customers were always a priority. The CEO would take time and call customers personally and work directly with every employee to make sure they gave their best. I wish she was more present in the office because every minute was a learning experience.

Cons

The company had a USA office and a Portugal office I wish he had the opportunity to work closer and that our CEO was in our office weekly. She was extremely demanding but if you listened and followed her words you learned.

Pros

I applied for an internship that lead to 6 month learning experience. I had the opportunity to work with the CEO closely and the Editor in Chief if Love Happens Magazine - The experience was rewarding and it helped narrow my decision as to where I want to go professionally after I graduate. The company mission is strong and leadership was open to teaching and guidance. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a position in luxury management .

Cons

It was my first time working in an office environment and having multiple Koket offices made it difficult to build a team. I worked directly with USA management which was on a 5 hour difference

Pros

During my time at KOKET learned so much about markets, people and how to deal with clients. Our group received extensive onboradinf training and continuous talks with the CEO. We had people from all over the world come to our offices at times which taught me so much about our brand and service. It was a lesson in luxury service. I was there for a short time but I reccomend to anyone wanting to learn.

Cons

Demanding leadership and heavy work load
