Pros
-Really smart people focused on bringing to market innovative enterprise technologies with a unique perspective driving things. -Fun place to work with actual perks in the office! -A culture that is evolving and welcoming of new ideas and enthusiasm.
Cons
-No 401(k) match -Be prepared to work in a place where each day is different, along with the asks of team members. Some days, you're doing more business-focused work, other days, it is more skewed toward getting the office up and running, or even helping move around furniture. Not a "Con", per se, but be prepared that this is very much of a start-up in that respect.
