Handicap Mangers: Managers have no focus on work and give inconsistent instructions to subordinates, which was hidden from the top management Hellish working culture: Prefer a lot of OT, inefficient meetings. Usually have very poor time management and no idea about project / tasks planning. No team building: no idea how to build up a competitive experienced team
