Pros
I appreciate the responsive feedback and excellent organization of the company. Also, it's wonderful they are running projects remotely now without a problem and with easy-t0-use remote platforms.
Cons
This is not unique to the company, but the pay rate is eternally stagnant, there's ZERO chance of making a career out of this work despite having a 3-year law degree and license. Also, they track your IP address, so I feel that is extremely invasive and doesn't add to security in any significant way. It's oppressive to employees and only serves as a fake selling point to law firms. Additionally, they now categorize attorneys as doc reviewers, which is insulting to the profession- but the joke of an ABA lets these middlemen companies get away with their exploitation.
