Pros
For the past 6 years, KLD has lavished me with support. No question you ask is treated as stupid, no equipment need is turned down. I'm given everything I need to do my job well, and thanked for doing it. I even feel comfortable discussing future career plans with my supervisor.
Cons
The health insurance choices have been a bit expensive, but more or less result in 100% coverage of all health expenses.
