      Fun, exciting work environment, good people, grain information on marketing systems.

      Cons

      Long hours, 100% commission with non traditional pay structure, misleading interview process, not suited for most people, job requires you to stand on your feet inside retail locations most of the day.

      You learn sales and step out of your shell.

      Cons

      It’s a 100% commission based job. You make money that channels up to the office owner. One of those jobs where the top gets everything and those at the bottom stay there. It’s a glorified Ponzi scheme where you’ll be a manager (if you make it) but in the end you work in a sams or Walmart selling Xfinity cable and internet. You’re not compensated for your time and are basically working for a sweatshop. The turn over rate is ridiculous. They brainwash you Into thinking that their business model is superior to any “dead end 9-5 job” because who really likes working for free anyways with no benefits.
